How do I Return my order for an Exchange
With your delivery note you will find a number to call should you need to return your goods. We highly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage unless you use a tracked service.
Very Important: please note regarding returns of Underwear or socks ~ due to the nature of the product and hygiene reasons we can only accept returns if they are returned in the original packaging which is unopened ~ we cannot accept returns of any underwear or socks if they have been worn or tried on.
We are happy to exchange your order for a different size or colour, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged and within 30 days of purchase. On the delivery note please indicate which item(s) you wish to return etc., complete and return your order to us in the same packaging that it came in. We will send you Royal Mail pre-paid return postage.
We highly recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
We cannot be responsible for goods in transit therefore we would recommend that you insure the returned item.
We will let you know by email when we have item(s) back and that the replacement(s) has |have been sent to you.
PLEASE NOTE that our returns and exchange policy applies to the UK Mainland only.
How do I Return my Order for a Refund
If you are not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, please return to us within 30 days of purchase in the same packaging and in the same condition that it was sent to you, we do not accept worn items for a refund.
You will need to call us on the number on the delivery note to discuss the return.
We highly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage unless you use a tracked service. We cannot be responsible for goods in transit therefore we would recommend that you insure the returned item.
Please enclose the delivery note indicating the reason for the return.
We will issue you with a refund as soon as we receive the item back into stock but please note this can take up to 5 days to process.
If you have purchased the goods using any discount codes this will be taken into account when we issue the refund.
As soon as we have received the goods back, and we have confirmed that they are in good condition a full refund will be made, less the original postage (however this will not be deducted if you received damaged goods). This will be done immediately but please note it can take up to 5 working days.
We will send you Royal Mail pre-paid return postage.
Please note a full refund will only be made if we receive the goods back within the 30 day time period.
Cancellation | Amending an order once it has been placed
We will try our utmost to help you if you immediately ring our customer services number 01243 641041. However if this is not possible you can always return your order to us under our no quibble guarantee and ask for a refund or exchange.
We strongly suggest that you check your order before placing it.
