RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns | Exchange by Post Office

With your delivery note you will find a number to call should you need to return your goods.    We highly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage unless you use a tracked service. We cannot be responsible for goods in transit therefore we would recommend that you insure the returned item.

PLEASE NOTE that our returns policy applies to the UK Mainland only.

How do I Return my order for an Exchange

Very Important please note regarding returns of Underwear ~ due to the nature of the product and hygiene reasons we can only accept returns if they are returned in the original packaging which is unopened ~ we cannot accept returns of any underwear if it has been worn or tried on.

We are happy to exchange your order for a different size or colour, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged and within 30 days of purchase.  On the back of the delivery note you will find an Exchange Form, please complete and return your order to us in the same packaging that it came in, and take to your nearest post office.

We highly recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

We will let you know by email when we have item(s) back and that the replacement(s) has |have been sent to you.

PLEASE NOTE that our returns and exchange policy applies to the UK Mainland only.

How do I Return my Order

If you are not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, please return to us within 30 days of purchase in the same packaging and in the same condition that it was sent to you, we do not accept worn items for a refund.

You will need to call us on the number on the delivery note to discuss the return.

We highly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage unless you use a tracked service. We cannot be responsible for goods in transit therefore we would recommend that you insure the returned item.

Please enclose the delivery note indicating the reason for the return.

We will issue you with a refund as soon as we receive the item back into stock but please note this can take up to 5 days to process.

If you have purchased the goods using any discount codes this will be taken into account when we issue the refund.

Refunds

As soon as we have received the goods back, and we have confirmed that they are in good condition a full refund will be made, less the original postage (however this will not be deducted if you received damaged goods). This will be done immediately but please note it can take up to 5 working days.

If we have agreed with you that we will refund the return postage this will be add to your refund.

Please note a full refund will only be made if we receive the goods back within the 30 day time period.

Cancellation | Amending an order once it has been placed

We will try our utmost to help you if you immediately ring our customer services number 01243 641041 However if this is not possible you can always return your order to us under our no quibble guarantee and ask for a refund or exchange.

We strongly suggest that you check your order before placing it.

Import Duties and Taxes outside the UK

Please be aware if you live outside of the UK you may be liable to pay import duties and taxes which will be levied by the governing authorities when the goods reach their intended destination.  We have no control over these charges and they will be your responsibility for payment.  If you are concerned please contact your local customs before placing your order.

It is your responsibility to comply with the laws in your jurisdiction and we will not be liable if your breach any of these laws.

What happens if some of my order is out of stock?

We will only deliver your order when it is complete; therefore we will wait until the item that is out of stock comes in before we send you your order.

Should you want your order to be sent in two parts please contact us on 01243 641041 Please note however that you will be charged for two delivery costs.

Do you do next day delivery service?

Our delivery service is Monday to Friday and we do not operate on Bank Holidays. 

If you require a Saturday delivery, you will need to place your order before midday on the Friday before and the order will require a signature on receipt.  This service cannot be guaranteed.

If your order is placed after midday on a Friday, you will not receive your order until the following Tuesday.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all payments via Shopify or PayPal.

We use both these systems to ensure that your credit card details are secure and are encrypted through Shopify or PayPal; Tom Clinch Exclusive Ltd does not store of hold any card details.

All our pricing is in Pounds Sterling.

We only accept orders online via our website.

We will send you an automatic email to say your order has been received and is being processed.

All prices on our website are correct at the time of publishing and are in Pounds Sterling.

You will be able to choose the cost of postage before you submit your order.

As we use Shopify and PayPal, money will be taken from your account immediately you place the order.

We aim to fulfil all orders within 5 working days on receipt of order; this is however subject to stock availability. Please check the postal costs on the delivery section of our website as prices for delivery can vary.

Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

We also are not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances with the carriers or post office.

Overseas Deliveries

We are happy to send orders overseas, however please contact us on 01243 641041 so that we can discuss delivery costs.

Returns Policy

We offer a no quibble returns policy providing that the goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase, in perfect condition and in the packaging they were delivered.

We recommend that you return the goods to us via post, please note if you are using post, we highly recommend that you obtain a proof of postage as this is not a tracked service. We cannot be responsible for goods in transit therefore we would recommend that you insure the returned item(s).

We can either exchange the goods or offer a full refund less the original postage costs, unless the item was received damaged when you will receive a refund in full.

If you have purchased the goods using any discount code this will be taken into account when we issue the refund.
